Welcome to my website. Here is a little information about me.

I consider myself more of a biologist than a counselor as I work with the autonomic nervous system and body to resolve the disruptions at the core of most symptoms.

I have been working with individuals over a decade helping them resolve symptoms that are adversely affecting their health and well-being. I use a somatic memory-based modality developed by Eric Wolterstorff, PhD.

For close to eight years, I have received direct training and instruction from Dr. Wolterstorff in this innovative modality. Additionally, I have received weekly consultation from Christina Oshier Andrews, MA, LPC, the co-founder of the Love and Trauma Center and the lead researcher on the pilot study of this specific modality, for more than six years.

In the past couple years, I have begun running in-person and online trainings and have trained 60+ psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and other professionals in this somatic system of healing.

10 Week Training Series

The Healing Requires Precision Training Series covers the Trauma Integration Protocol developed by Dr. Eric Wolterstorff. The series will cover the somatic memory-based trauma resolution modality Step By Step.

Each week will be educational as we cover a specific phase of the trauma resolution modality (a demo of the material with a participant might also be included depending on the week's material).

Maximum Group Size: 16 participants
